AI Agent Product Manager

About the role

Own the product roadmap for Replit's AI Agent — the coding assistant that can build, deploy, and iterate on full applications. You'll define what autonomous software development looks like and ship it to millions of developers.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the AI Agent product roadmap
• Work closely with ML and engineering teams to ship agent capabilities
• Analyze user behavior and agent performance to drive product decisions
• Define success metrics and run experiments to improve agent reliability
• Communicate product vision to leadership, customers, and the community

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ in AI/ML products
• Technical depth — you can read code, understand model capabilities, and evaluate trade-offs
• Experience shipping developer tools or productivity products
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
